Dedicated to the processing of Glutamato Monosódico, for the feeding, also I toiled in the plant milk pilot of the Agrarian National University the Molina in Lima, (Control of Quality), porteriormente entrance to the Administration of the Pantodos factory, dedicated to the processing of paneton "Todino" among others, in the plant main of Lima, Later I dedicate myself to especialiar itself to the food industrialization being entered to work in makes "Indalsa", dedicated to elboracion of juice, concentrated nectars and of fruits in chanchamayo, soon implementing a plant pilot also in Piura, with the same parallel type of products to all fuí it educational in the specialty of Mathematical Fìsica and Qui'mica for professional futures in the one of food industries and by conviction in the field of the education one always follows in the same line of work and study and every time doing better each activity than is assigned, like also integral which the network of educational of the central Andean Mission in Peru. Parallelly acesorando companies that esten or want to be in the heading of food industrialization for which I put my ámplia experience and knowledge for a successful aim as much in Peru as in the outside for which I put tecnologia to the service of which they need my servicos having as reference and garantia of my successful works to companies you lead in the field of food industrialization of the coast, mountain range and forest with technology of end by the relations at international level within the heading in food industrialization since in the world every day exists investigations of the Food Composition that can badly be delicious but detrimental by the handling of his industrialization or simply not to have knowledge an industralist can invest much but with discouraging results.   • The commercialization and sale of products process, raw materials, equipment of process and transport, packing and packing related to the food industry.
  • The management of companies of foods, individual or associative way, oriented to the national and international markets.
  • The functions of Technical Manager, Manager of Production, Manager of Investigation and
